About the Authors
Michael L. Brandeau is a professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at Emory University. He is also the director of the Emory Center for Health Informatics and Policy. His research interests include health care operations research, health care policy, and health information technology.
A. E. (Ed) Drummond is a professor of health economics at the University of York. He is also the director of the Centre for Health Economics. His research interests include health care economics, health care policy, and health care evaluation.
